Transliteration:

k (kaun) ez kabnan knefallin hailsa
ok sann sarindi
ok surz lemstr

Normalized spelling:

Kaun er kafnan, knefallin heilsa
ok sǫnn sarindi
ok surr lemstr

Translation:

An ulcer is a suffocation, health that has fallen to its knees,
and real pain
and bitter lameness.
